Marlin 337 Deer Rifle for Inexpensive Street-Legal Moped

I am looking for an inexpensive street-legal moped (no Chinese
scooters, please) suitable for me to use for a 5-mile daily commute to
work.

I have a Marlin model 337 scoped 30-30 deer rifle to trade. It has
Weaver see-through mounts, quick-detachable sling swivels, thumb
hammer extension, white-line butt and grip cap, nice wood, a gold
trigger, and a Simmons 3-9 power scope. I inherited it about 10 years
ago, but I don't hunt and it's just been collecting dust.
