Hi guys, is there any way to get in the Internet a manual for a honda
blackbird xx 1100 1999?

Next time when a bike is stolen to order from the UK for export
to South Africa, make sure they steal the manual as well. It
will save a lot of heartache and puzzled looks.

If you mean Haynes/Clymer type stuff then google is your friend,
lots of people sell them via the Internet.

WTF would anyone steal a bike in the UK and ship it 8000 miles to South
Africa?
You can just go into a South African Honda dealer and nick/buy one direct
FFS.

I assumed he meant a scan of the manual - usually there are such things
(found one in the past for the SV, along with the microfiche) , but I dont
know of one for a Blackbird.

Because they are easy to steal, high value items. You can pack a fair
few of them in a 20 foot container to make it viable. Once in SA they
are very easy to re-register and sell on, thereby making a hefty profit
for whoever does it. Bikes aren't cheap in SA, so it's worthwhile doing
for the dodgy bastards out there.

 

Cheaper than here if you do a direct conversion.

But I can sort of see your point.
