Good to hear that from an Englishman. AFAIK Ivan is often used when talking about Russians (or someone named Ivan like you) and tre (or TRE if you're shouting) is Swedish for 3. There are some rather helpful and extremely knowledgeable people on this group but an understandable description of the problem gets more response.
This is whay he is asking about... http://www.indysuperbike.com/customer/product.php?productid=104400&cat=22378&page=1 PQ
Good to hear that from an Englishman. AFAIK Ivan is often Ivan: the guy that made the TRE Not shouting.... Time Retard Eliminator. T.R.E.
WTF? Look, why not ask Ivan whatever you're trying to ask us. Ok -- lets make it generic. I have a TRE for my bike. I wish to make it switchable. Who cares who made it. Anyone have any clues on if it can be made to switch ON and OFF?
Of course, I can't see the point. If it improves response, why would Because I want to DULL the response when going off the ferry ramp in the morning -- the metal ramp is often icy and the "response" frequently slips the back tire... I'm just looking to retard it a bit so that it doesn't break loose as easy to make my mornings better...
Young .... hmpff, that was a long time ago. Well, sorry about the nationality mix up. Not really an excuse but to me it often comes out like that despite my best intentions. Just like American when I'm not really meaning anybody from the American continents. So what's your nationality Ivan ?
well; actually I just slip the clutch a lot that works... the ice is so thick & a 30 degree ramp makes me want to be a chicken & keep my feet down.... hence, no back break. anyway; thanks I'll figure it out. -j
