    Gd'evening all;

Wehn I got the '06 FLHPI a few weeks ago I found shifting harder on it
than on the '02 FLHRCI that preceeded it.

The wrench at AmEagle thought it was probably just not broken in yet.

Last week I changed the engine oil and tans fluid and put Royal Purple
20w50 and 75w140 gear oil (respectively) in. I changed the engine and
primary fluids today and on a ride down to Moto Liberty I could feel a
definate difference in handling, acceleration and shifting.

And believe it or not - I bought a new helmet today. It has a built-in
visor that you just poke and it drops into place. As a payback for
getting a new helmet my glasses broke as I was taking it off. See -
    helmets are dangerous!

Now that you've got a helmet, you don't need your glasses to keep the
wind out of your eyes. Just stop wearin' em.

Well, that would be true if I didn't need them to see clearly. 8-} Last
night i was straining to see the computer screen (a 17" monitor), the TV
(53" widescreen) and the hand in front of my face (my 4 yr old grandson).

I was going to use duct tape to put them back together but I can't find
    any clear enough... ;-)

Being able to see is overrated, there are a lot of ugly people in the
world! But if you insist on seeing, you could try model glue, or hand em
over to the wife and let her get busy with the hot glue gun. Sure, they
might end up with a few sequins and fake rubys and stuff like that on
em, but that will only add to your mystique!

Actually I thought about that. A little crazy glue along the edge of the
lens then hold the two parts of the frame onto it. Heck, we might be
able to reveolutionalize the vision industry and they'll have you and me
to thank. I just hope the payout os good. Have you bought stock in
Elmer's yet (they make CG)?? ;-)

I'll get my broker right on that.
