She was on "Later..." last year and I quite liked her. Her first CD was
in an Amazon delivery this morning but I haven't listened to it yet.

that's what I thought was the original, yes.

Of course, in the UK, the current teacher recruitment drive has
subverted this to "Those that can, Teach", which has further muddied
the waters.

I understood it to be, alternatively:
Those who cannot even teach, regulate.

 

well, generally, of course.

Alternatively "Those who fancy a spell of not doing much, but still
want to get paid, work in marketing".

 

And the difference between Sales and Marketing? Marketing are the
people who hold customers down while Sales screws them..
