Lower seat for BMW

    Hi all,

    I bought a BMW R 1150 RT recently. As I live in Lisbon (my old beautiful
    city center still has a lot of steep climbs, narrow streets, hard curbs, and
    uneven stone pavement) I do need a lower seat. I am 5' 8'' (173 cm) and I
    believe that a lower would more confortable and safer, especially when
    riding along with my wife.
    Can anyone corroborate my opinion?
    If so, where can I find a seat dealer in UK because in Portugal they are
    hard to find them (odd, because our average height is lower than in northern
    countries...I believe the market opportunity is good here!!!).
