  2. You're not a sheep-shagger, are you?

I've always thought that they're pretty enough from
a distance, but are filthy animals when you get close.

I've never felt quite *that* strongly about the Welsh

  4. LOL.

"filthy animals" *could* be a good thing,
    I suppose.

But not in the way I meant it.

  5. At our old place we had lambs called:
    Hindu
    Kashmiri
    Rog
    (and)
    Josh
    (plus)
    Yoghurt

    They tasted lovely.

  6. When I lived nearer to Dover we would shop every 4 to 6 weeks in
Boulogne where the supermarkets sold far superior fresh fruit and veg.

I'm sure you could have found a farm shop somewhere closer.

I thought that was so you didn't have your eye out.

The AOL coasters are to scare the birds.

If you cut flaps in the sides of the bottles then they spin in the wind. But
yes CD's wokr well too. Especially if you throw them at the birds.

Plus, of course, the fact that this whole 'food is only fuel' thang
you do is a load of bollocks - you enjoy good food just as much as the
next man and adopt this pose more for reasons of trying to seem
unpretentious than anything else, as far as I can tell.

You really think I'd email you a copy of Elly getting 'em out after
she's just gone to all the trouble of loading the stuff up, just for
    me?

  17. Well the local ones to me at Peafield Wood where about 6 miles away and
not that good. Jane grew a fair amount of stuff in her poly tunnel and
green house. But as more and more she was growing super hot chillies in
there and less fruit/veg we would do a super shop every 4 to 6 weeks in
Boulogne. This also involved having a meal, doing the normal shopping in
Auchan, filling up the booze cupboard, wandering around Leroy Merlin
buying tools and bits, paying for the ferry/tunnel ticket by filling the
    car up with cheap fuel.

    You old tease you!
