Lost tax disc

    Im filling in the V20 form for a lost tax disc and Im stumped on the first 2
    questions:

    1) Vehicle tax class
    2) Current tax disc expiry

    I have no idea how to work out or find out about a vehicle tax class and the
    expiry date of the tax disc was written on the disc... help? Surely they
    should just re-issue whatever the first disc was for?

    Bike - Bicycle
    Car - PLG or PC (Old and new type discs)
    12 or 6 montyh after yop bought the last one.
    But they need to find out what it was for.
