Looks like Timo's reality distortion field is still in force

It appears I've got a working[1] super-sensitive Italian bike in the
garage, and an ultra-reliable Japanese bike with a 'leccy
problem. Looks like nothing's changed, then.

But I have to say, taking out the Ducati's (huge) battery was a very
Italian job. Not that I did have to remove the front wheel but let's
just say that I now know that I'll need new air filters for the bike
    as well.

Of course, taking out the battery was prompted by the usual "bah, I'll
just go and *quickly* hook up this permanent connector for my Accumate
to make it easier to charge the battery". About twenty minutes later,
most of the bodywork and the rear air filter housing are cluttering up
the garage and I *finally* got at the second battery terminal to undo
    it.

    Italian bikes, gotta love them.
