Looking for a Ventura rack

G'day, I'm after a rack to suit an 89 gsxr 750, any one have one that is no
longer used? Cheers, Allan.

 

Hey you might be in luck. Last week I left the busted remnants of a
Ventura pack frame model PF13 hanging from a tree on the side of the
road at 30°14'30.66"S 151°52'4.68"E. It's a nice ride to go fetch it
too

Can you please standardise your position formats; degrees, minutes
and decimal minutes not this degress, minutes and seconds crap.

And where is the datum reference ? We could easily be 200 metres off.

Obviously they haven't updated google earth recently, I found the tree, but
no sign of the rack. Maybe someone just beat me to it.

 

should i bother going up the road to look for it?

 

When a GPS can box the compass to 64 points and give me a bearing along
the lines of nor-be-nor-east, I'll bother with one.

Otherwise, I'll treasure the thought of a certain intellectually
challenged one, who, after consulting GPS and map, emphatically
declared, we're on that hill over there <gesturing in an arc which
included about half the horizon>.
