London UKRM drinks Friday 18th? Part 2

As per earlier post, its looking like I'll be leaving London at the end
of March so beer is in order.

I was thinking of starting off in The Hogshead in Lisle Street[1] at
about 18:00-18:30 before moving on to Soho for a couple of shots of floor
cleaner at the Revolution then who knows where, possibly ending up in a
Chinese/curry house afterwards.

Any takers?

Thursday would be better for me cos (a) I have a race on Saturday and (b)
I'm working[1] in Winnersh Fucking Triangle on Friday. I could probably nip
back for a swift shandy though

[1] unless I'm handed a black bin-liner along with my cards at some point
this week ...

Thursday not do-able due to other St Patricks day commitments :/ any
other day is good.

Why not have 2 leaving drinks !

Unfortunately not, merely moving from one crocodile swamp to another.

That's what I was thinking about, a quick drink after work on Thursday
with a more 'robust' session on Friday. I'll see how many takers there
are.

I've emailed him, suggesting (as I did to mups) Thursday the 24th
(because it suits me, natch).

I'll be in Spain, unfortunately. Technically, the 24th is the week before
the week before the first of April, though ...

 

I know, but don't think I can make a night out on the 1st. I'll check,
though.

Well events have moved on, as from this morning the permie who was taking
over my job has now decided to take another one somewhere else. So it
now looks like I might be here a while longer. Sheesh.

As there doesn't seem to be any takers for Friday I think we should wait
until Ben is visiting so we can spend all his tax free ill gotten
gains...

 

in theory, I'm doing a track day at Silverstone on the 31st; not booked
it yet, mind.
