So, there are signs down my street with 'ZONE K' written on them, ever
    so officiously.

There are cars with permits the size of a tax disc stuck in the window.

There are 400,000 bikes scattered all over the place with no sign, or
trace of any kind of permit on them. They are all inside the marked
bays. I've not been able to pounce on a real live biker and ask them yet.

The application form[1] says bikes are 'eligible' for a permit.

What form do bike permits usually take? I'm wading .gov sites for
*hours* and I can't make sense of anything.

Otherwise, has anyone got a garage in Ealing? :eek:P

One never knows till it's too late! It's my innocent face, it means they
    always check up.

I got my proof of student status stuff today, that feels like scam enough.
