When you can't back the bike out of the garage without needing a sit down
to get your breath and to wait for the chest pain to fade, it may mean
that your coronary arteries are not as free-flowing as they once were.

I just had four stents fitted and look forward to pushing bikes with
    impunity.

  4. Fucking amateur and yer minor widening schemes. Come back when you have
had a couple or 4 decent sized bypasses. Proper man sized surgery that
    is.

Oh yeah, check out the figures for premature dementia for that
procedure. **** all you can do about it now mind but worth it to give
you something to put the blame on.

How about if I get a red pen and draw a line down my sternum? Will that
    fool anyone?
I reckon I nearly had a bypass when my artery dissected itself and the
    doctor swore,
but he managed to bodge it with the extra three stents.

  6. So that is one to fix the problem and three to fix the bodge made fixing
the problem. Not trained by BMW was he by any chance?

50 if you want to know but I had my first stent at 45.
It's taken 5 years of clean living to **** up another artery.
I don't know why I bothered; I could have enjoyed myself and still
    lasted as long.

Got it on video? My old boss had his operation filmed when they fitted
one stent (due to a kinked artery or summat). Very, very impressive.

The idea of the video (on CD, bien sûr) is to show it to other doctors,
should something happen whilst he travels.

Premature? When should we expect dementia to kick in?
