List twin throttle bodies?

    Hi,

    For my self-built injection system I'm looking for a compact twin
    throttle body, minimum diameter 56mm each. I know the 2006 Aprilia
    Tuono 1000R has a 57mm twin one but it's very hard (or very expensive)
    to get one.
    Anyone know a list of motorcycle twin throttle bodies and their
    diameters? Brand is not important, but (of course...) size matters ;-)
