Ah, there's your problem, see ... you should have got me to swear on a New
    Jeruselem edition.
Now, now ladies there's more than enough to go around. I can do Steph
Monday to Wednesday, Nina Thursday to Saturday and then that leaves me
Sunday free to lie in an ice-bath and not move much.

Case of can't sleep won't sleep - unfortunately I got the same thing
tonight. Worked this morning, had lunch at Mum's and then fell asleep for
4 hours. That kip this afternoon has sent my body-clock way out, so now
I'm wide awake again. I suppose I'll have to resort to reading "The
Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire" again. It never fails - I get to
page 4 or 5 and then fall unconscious with sheer boredom.
Different laptops so it doesn't work that way - I'll just have to behave
    myself from now on...
    Pleased to hear it.

I'm off to the NEC for a trade show tommorrow so I'll perhaps catch you
on Tuesday - or see you Saturday?
Only the PVC ones, the other guy hasn't phoned me back - perhaps he
It wasn't a problem, I only had to do 2 and 1/2 hours, so it means I can
get out of work at 3.30pm next Saturday It would be good though if I
could wangle a couple more hours this week - that way I could perhaps
have all Saturday off. The Assistant Managers hurt his back, so I'm not
sure how long he'll be off work so there's a slight chance of a few more
    hours especially if we're busy.

Toddler's woken up, so I better go and sort her out.

I have a copy of Lord of the Rings by my bedside for just this purpose.

I've had it nearly two years and I'm on page 12.
