    Des now owns a k100LT
And it's as real as you Bear or me
    So take not the mick
out of Des and his flic
Nor their matching pair of shiney new Shoei's

I understand there is a point to this, even if I don't actually
understand what the point is but your total lack of ability to grasp the
basics of rhyme and rhythm is really fucking starting to piss me off.

Maybe if it was in Flash with a bouncing ball to show us the rhythm.

  4. There was a young man from Japan
    Whose limericks never would scan.
    When people asked why,
    He'd say in reply,
"Well, I start off well enough, but then for some inexplicable reason I try
to cram as many words into the last line as I possibly can."

Sorry Steve, it was an attempt at humour combined with wit. I should
have known better. What can you expect from someone with a total lack of
ability to grasp the basics of rhyme and rhythm.

Perhaps you could demonstrate how it should be done?

I did consider 'chick' but thought I'd fall foul of the PC backlash.
    You just can't win.
Can I still get camping space at EOSM?

    No. He's in Yankland.

    Then he's off to Spain.

We were off to Paris. But now we're not bothering.

I should have said enough to own *and run* a Matchless ;-)

Well in the last 7 years I've had to buy:

1 pair of *new* tyres (not yet fitted)
    3 gallons of oil
    Electronic voltage regulator
Remarkably little petrol considering the mileage
    A clutch cable
    A light bulb
    1 new spark plug

    About £180 excluding petrol.

Sundries such as leccy tape, chewing gum and string.

Err, thats it really. I've also spend vast sums on items it didn't
    really need such as:

    Left hand tool box (twentyfuckingquid)
    Hammerite (fiver)
    Seat (tenner)
61/2" Headlamp (swapped for triumph lamp)

Best grand I ever spent all in all.
