from the 14th... OK, I dont think Id necessarily trust a lock that cost
£8.99, or a helmet that cost £19.99, but there are a few other bits that
might come in handy... a magnetic tankbag for a fiver and the like...

And if youre a horsy person, then the week before is for you...

I had one of those before we moved from the last Pixie residence ...
funny thing is it disappeared during the move.

Here's a question for you - how come you can *tell* if a sig sep is
incorrect? I mean, the only time Agent cares about it is when I want
to respond to a post, when it attempts to strip the sig out. Do you
hit "reply" to every single post just to check that the sig sep is
    working?

Proper sig sep = dash dash space
    Broken = dash dash

If you don't fix your sig sep then UKRM will arrange for groups of
children to throw rocks at you while you're out riding.

It's the same sig I've had for heading up a year (if not longer) and
the sig sep doesn't appear to be broken from this end (1)
Repeated late nights followed by not being able to sleep - I'm
struggling with two assignments and a pile of revision. One of the
assignments is stats based and I'm having big problems getting my head
round it all - I just can't grasp the concept of statistical
significance. I've been reading a number of books about stats and I
may as well be reading it in Russian. To say I'm a little stressed
    would be an understatement.

    1) I just hit reply to my post to check and Agent duly stripped the
    sig out.

Depends on the newsreader, some of them can be configured to leave the
    sig out on read.

I may well take you up on that if you don't mind.

I kind of understand the numbers but I'm getting mired in writing
about them. Statistical significance seems to be totally arse about
face to me and the more I read about it the more confused I'm getting.
Consequently, I've stopped reading for now and opened a bottle of wine
    instead.

Tch, get a better news reader. Xnews can colour code the signature, so I
have it set to grey. When the separator is broke, the sig doesn't go
grey. See, just how great is that? You can have hours of fun looking for
    non-grey signatures.
