Rain forecast in Cloggyland for the first time in over a month. Roads are
    expected to be extra slippery.

    Tell WUN as well.

  2. Funny, mrs DNC sent me some pictures earlier, including one where my
lawn is looking in distinct need of a drink. Has is really been a
month without rain? in april? blimey.

it's almost 30 degrees here, so I can't even send any rain your way.

33 days I read somewhere and some days were rather warm, prolly 25-26
    degrees.
    Where are you then?

  6. Calmness brother Auvache, no limits were exceeded in the making of
that post. Artistic licence perhaps, but no limits.

Besides, I'd have needed a cheap videographer.

  8. So "april showers" is a misnomer? Or just not enough average rainfall
to register compared to other months?
    85 is about 30. ish.

'Showers' is drier than 'always bloody raining.'

  10. It refers more to the pattern of rainfall rather than the amount.

Obviously this does not apply to Sunny Essex where, if it rains at all,
    occasional showers are the norm.
