  5. Sadly not - inoperative steering, inoperative front brakes, impaired
vision for the 'driver', unless you're the bollocks then there's
    probably speeding, too

Yup - although I have had words with one who thought saturday night in
the main drinking area of Guildford in full view of about 20 coppers
(including senior officers) on foot and beautifully caught on video
whilst a few thousand pissed up people milling about was a good idea.
I believe the words used were "A time and a place for everything!"

I was pulled for doing one on the A1m and also getting my kneedown on
the Biggleswade roundabout. As I pulled into the Halfords car park he
came in behind me and tapped on my helmet and said "hey sonny". I
explained that the Gixxer was new and I wasn't used to the power (I was
doing well over the XXX). He mentioned the sparky kneedown at the
roundabout. To my total amazement he said "I've got my eye on you" then
    he let me off.

Like the guy I saw on a "streetfighter" bandit 1200 coming out of the
    rear car park at Boxhill.

He chose the downhill bit and managed to plough into his
    mates bike.

    Clever.

Not to mention the boyricers. In his defence, there's been some totty
out in Guilford when I've been there, so he might have the right idea.
