Legal or Not....???

    Last night while having dinner with some friends, we got discussing the
    issue of listening to music while riding. The issue is whether or not it is
    legal to have ear plugs (under the helmet) attached to a radio or CD player
    while riding? The group on the harley's say that is illegal.....I say
    what's the difference between that or riding with an intercom system on a
    'wing with radio/CB/etc!
    Who's RIGHT????
