I dunno about you, but I don't look at the rego sticker once it is
fitted. Or at any other time....

I know this for actual fact as one day I cop approached me in the
carpark to talk about the Infamous MZ as he'd heard about them but not
    seen them.

I *then* realised the rego sticker was 3 months out of date as the new
one had been on the fridge for that length of time.

So I casually leant against the bike, hiding the evidence, while we
    chatted.

(for the first week or two after I got the new sticker I thought "must
do that", after that I think I just stopped seeing it...)

The Noggie's rego is due in May, I might get it a square holder then
if I can work out where to put it. I like the tube though. And I bet
if I get called on it the shocked look and the protestation of
ignorance will mean a shaken finger and a get it fixed. Unless I get
done for something serious in which case they'll find something else.

(The Mighty Scooter got a square holder as it is a more attention
getting bike. Two strokes with massive expansion chambers and flouro
    orange paintjobs are not stealthy.)

  2. I tend to give the bike the 'once over' every couple of weeks, and I've
been caught by surprise to see the date and remember that the
    replacement is on the desk.

But then again, I may not be 'normal people'. lol

Can you remnind me what the mighty scooter is? Google's USENET

Gilera Runner 180SP, with a few Malossi go faster bits.

    It's a 2 stroke. It's a hot 2 stroke. It's a hot Italian 2 stroke.

    What could posssibly go wrong?
