direction of 'out' for a RH threaded bolt, reduces volume of bolt,
vibrates and grips, bolt screws itself out.

Very handy for drilling out snapped bolts and studs because they almost
always spin out before you've finished drilling through them.

Well yeah, but most decent drills, and even many of the dead cheap
chinese jobbies, do so these days.
