Leather Jacket Repair

    anyone suggest a good repair place in and around sydney or western suburbs
    who replaces the zippers on leather jackets ?

    already had DBT leather suggested but they arent answering their phone

    Thats a bummer, they did a great job for me a few years back replacing
    the zipper on one of my jackets...

    For another suggestion, this came through a mailing list I'm on earlier
    this year (I haven't used this guy, even though he's only a few blocks
    from my place):

    update: DBT are quoting me $77.

    the local seamstress quoted me $30-40

    now i will probably go with DBT but **** me thats expensive

    You get two quotes then pick the highest one and complain about it and you
    still complain about _other_ people not giving intelligent answers around
    here.

    they will do repairs
