Lead biker to be criminalised for actions of others

    This case was mentioned here a while back, now there's a petition.. it
    could be you next...

    'We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Overturn the
    ruling, A motorcyclist at the head of a group of riders will
    face stiffer penalties for speeding under a crown court
    ruling.'

    I read somewhere that the biker was eventually only fined for riding at the
    speed he was doing, which was 85 (in a 60 limited road)

    Obviously someone's taking the piss somewhere.
