Late model BMW servicing in Western Sydney?

  1. It's the 'engine' light that blinks, not the emergency light, John!

And their fluid ounces don't measure the same as ours. :)

Damn, I'll never catch up! I've owned only two BMWs in the last 15 years.
    Still have them.

That reminds me of the GTS860 I bought.
The ad boasted "rewired" (late 70's Dukes had a bad rep for
wiring/connectors) but it wasn't until later I discovered that it had been
entirely wired in 2-core figure-8 lamp flex!
Every wire in and out of every connector was white!

Man, you're never going to make it to Dargo if you don't leave
    soon.

  10. Sorry mate, can't make it. I'm sick. Gunna drive the Trans Am up to meet
Smack at the Motorcycle Museum instead. How fuckin' sick is that!

  11. Don't worry, Clem, the standard Bosch? type electrics and wiring on my
    900GTS weren't much better!

  12. I blame the bloody flood waters for uncovering that concrete pipe, Geoff! I
can still recall the sickening sound it made resonating through my
    hangover!

Heh heh; Sarah and I had the XJ cutting out cylinders as the outside two
sparkplugs got wet and we were trying to keep the engine running and keep a
bow-wave before us all the way back from the track (after waiting
fruitlessly all afternoon for the 2nd race to start).
The deepest water was on your street and it was a real do-or-die plunge to
    get to the house.
The next day was dry by comparison:

but you did well to find (in the exposed end of concrete drainpipe) the
only non-mushy thing to crunch the Sprint onto!
