Thought id share my joy with you. I found the solution to the overflow
problem on carb number two. All i did was filter the fuel from the tank to a
clean container, fit an in-line fuel filter, sloosh the carbs by turning to
prime position with the affected carb bowl plug removed. Reattached the tank
and away she went completly free of overflow problems. I was that close to
buying and fitting a new set of needle valves and floats. A narrow escape.
So if you don't already have a fuel filter fitted, i thoroughly recommend
doing so. At about £1.50 a time they're the cheapest and affective
preventitive medicine you can have for a bike.
