Been kind of quiet in here the last few days. Hope everyone is doing
OK. I went shopping for fluids and parts to work on my bike when I
get back from Chicago in another week.

Gotta get it all ready to go ride The Dragon!

I managed to get to the Dragon last weekend. Everything was clicking. Great
weather. Had plenty of time. New tires front and back and good suspension
tuning. I did 3 runs before I had to take off.
Got to see the "Tree of Shame" (and got a couple of trophy T's) at Deal's
Gap. And, didn't have to leave any of my parts there. :)

I did a pretty long ride last weekend. Left Wed night and got to Deal's Gap
about noon Thursday. Spent the night in Statesville, NC. Went to Sandusky,
OH for the next night. The ride north on I-77 is pretty nice (for an
interstate) and saw Lake Erie for the first time. Went to Michigan the next
day, through Indiana, Illinois, (hit St. Louis about sunset and saw the
Gateway Arch) and most of Missouri and spent Sat night in Sikeston. Spent
Sunday on a leisurely ride back home. Made Dallas before dark.

I'm jealous. :) I'll visit the Dragon some day..
That's quite a trip, Wednesday to Sunday! Again, I'm jealous!

We're talking about trying to organize some rides out of Dallas at my
website, http://forums.ntriders.com/ - may have a short out east this
    Saturday morning.

Funny thing, child raper(tm), you've been proven out to be a liar,
Leonel Williams has been proven out to be a liar, John Moran has been
proven out to be a liar, but I can't seem to recall Bill Walker being
proven out to be a liar.

You're not in Texas, nor do you ride a motorcycle (that I can
tell...since you never talk motorcycles and no one has ever seen you
on one). Last account of you, you were (are) on the run from San
Francisco where you plead to charges of child rape. Maybe you aren't
aware, but we in Texas don't like people such as yourself. We have no
tolerance for someone who is a predator of under age girls for sexual
    pleasures.

Then again, you will fit right in with the small group here in tx.moto
with Leonel Williams, John Moran, Mark Johnson and the others like
them. They are easy to recognize...just look for the "EOB" branded at
    the end of their postings.

Dragon? That sounds very south of me and very fun. Can I join in on the fun?

All I need is a front tire to match my flaming rear tire.

Am on the upward spiral. Went back to work on Tuesday. Dragging a little
less each day. Definitely wierd stuff. My oldest went to Orlando and
brought it back with her. She did the same routine and then I came down
with it. A real cameleon. Instead of being sick like the true flu the
whole time it changed every 2 days

    1-2: run down, sore joints
3-4: full body aches and beginning of feeling like strep throat
5-7: like a serious head and chest cold, strep feeling went away
    8-14: slowly recover

Yep. Thanks. I haven't even dared ride this week because of poor balance.

LOL.. IMHO.. George has to go, Beemer.. my friend.. Sorry to challenge you
on this issue, but you must realize that in my superior and active mindset,
we have to make the necessary changes without reservation, this November..
Damn.. I watched the many courageous and dedicated men and women in our
brotherhood of bikers, suffer through oppressive heat and humidity, scalding
rainstorms, discomfort of sleep deprivation and hunger, while they battled
for all our rights and liberties..Many were miles from the families on
Father's Day.. Many were too tired and used to even appreciate the victories
they won for us all in Houston.. At one point on my return ride to DFW
metroplex, I considered checking into the nearest motel to rest.. The groups
I rode with while going to Houston, and during the week there, were
dedicated to a proposition of positive changes in our government.. They
tirelessly articulated those ideas to our leadership in government.. TMRA
II and Abate were covering all the activities in small groups.. Individual
bikers were there and many affiliated clubs were scattered throughout the
vast area of the convention center.. The appearance to the public was that
our Democratic Convention had been invaded by Bikers.. LOL.. Some of us were
on the verge of virtual collapse by the end of the evening on Saturday ..
Fortunately .. the young warriors amongst us, supported and helped greatly
while we made our way through the miles of meeting rooms and the convention
floor.. The hundreds of motorcycles were represented by Customs, Harley's
and BMW's.. Sidecars and three wheelers were well represented as well.. All
areas of our state were represented.. Strength, courage and endurance were
very obvious as we pursued the agendas of the People.. For myself.. I was
impressed by each of the brothers and sisters who worked side by side to
make a difference..I will always be grateful for the opportunity to be
associated with these calibre of bikers .. Take care, my good friend.. See
    you on the road..

    Your friend in Irving

  12. He'll be here. Cowardly liar has no where else to go.
We could get lucky and they both could get 'blowed up' by one of those
arabs you want them to pick on for no reason.
    Riiight.
