I just read in Cycle Torque magazine that Kim Ashkenazi is in gaol in
the UK on drug and child porn charges.

Surely that's not true is it?

Do I need to be on a web page for you to recognise me?

    Hammo

Of course you are cognisant with their crimes.....

Since the website in question details them, I would hazard the answer to be
    'yes'.

...and being cognisant would imply their social circumstances, soci-economic
background, accommodation, educational, employment prospects, mental health
status as well as medical status, or, do "you" just see _crime_? Hence the
judgment on the "look" of them.

yeah, yeah, go of on a bleeding heart social foray again in an attempt to
    distract, divert and deny...

You made a wrong statement, you got called on it.... live with it... And
    you used improper English...

    1) Since when did _any_ of the above justify crime? Mental health status
may in some circumstance absolve responsilbility but that is about the
    limit...

    2) I never made any judgement on the 'look' of them, that was somebody else
and you made a significant assumptive error in attempting to call them on
their presumed prejudice. I simply call you on your error, in that yes we
are cognisant of their crimes as they are detailed on the website. And no
they are not 'alleged crimes', these are all persons who have been found
guilty by a jury of their peers.

    P
Cognisant of their crimes or cognisant of their life in totality?
Blame the photographer if you will but they are a sorry looking lot...

If that's what you believe then there is no point in discussing it. Your
    mind is closed.

In relation to your improper use of English (it is still harsh week I
believe) and error about whether the OP was cognisant of the publicised
crimes, I remain firmly closed minded indeed...

His, yours, mine or anyone else's opinions about social justice have
absolutely nothing to do with my original and subsequent points, and remain
    a diversion.

Yours in the spirit of irrational debate...

    P
    lets see now...
