KDX KMX differance??

Looking at cheap kmx's, and occasionaly a KDX will come up, only seen
pictures of the kdx, where as i know the kmx from having one years ago,

anyone tell me what the main differances are between the 2 models?? i think
they stopped making the kdx a few years ago,

one thing that worries me, in the pictures of the kdx's there never seem to
be any pillion foot pegs, and the seat looks a bit shorter, can the kdx take
a pillion?

I think the KMX is the road going version of the KDX and has a few more bits
like a temperature gauge, rev counter and so on.
