    Oh , I don't know.
Plenty of the anti-ms nerds were claiming just that.
Yep , once it's in common use it's a viable target

  4. Well at least the core parts of Firefox are not deep inside the kernel
like IE. That's what makes it so critical. Simon using Firefox on XP.

Yes, well never mind that, why has my super new Gravity newsreader
decided to put this in an earlier (similar subject) thread?
Is that just me, or has that happened to everybody?

Yep, and there will be more.

At least when it happens in Firefox, it's news.
When it happens in Microsoft, it's in a weekly
    count of numbers found.

I'm surprised there isn't a fix for it yet though.
It's been a couple days already.

  7. In uk.rec.motorcycles, mb amazed us all with this pearl of wisdom:
Rules, display tab, then put a dot into the organise articles into
    threads using the message-id only.

    It'll be sorted.

    Been there, version 2.6.

I did speak to Tom bloody ages ago about getting the 2.7 (even before
2.6 was out) but he reckoned it wouldn't come with a spell checker and
dictionary so I didn't bother. I'm thinking that by now it'll have one.

<goes back to Tom's pages but doesn't hold out much luck>

I'd say no, actually. It's the one I tried out but didn't get on with. I
    remember reading this http://mpgravity.sourceforge.net/#important just
as the 2.6/2057 release was coming but stayed within the 2.6 and went
    2060.

Ask mb, I'd be interested in finding out, too. The days of me installing
software for the hell of it are obviously over.

I don't believe it is. Last time I looked there was no spillchucker
    bundled with it.

It might be worth asking in alt.usenet.offline-reader. I know the two
people chiefly responsible for Gravity's development post in there.

    Had it.

I currently cannot install anything much, especially using the windows
installer. Time to format soon I think
