Most people just have NO idea whay good advice this is. The law works in
ways most people do not understand. We are bombarded with worthless
barrack room law. A single word or phrase, which has an obvious enough
meaning to you, may **** you completely in Court.

 

My experience was only (thankfully) of submitting a statement when my
GPz750R was "nicked".

What I said, and what was written down bore so little resemblance to
each other I refused to sign it until it had been corrected.

Exiting the underground Westferry circus towards Heron Quays r'about,
when young lad, maybe 10 or 11 years old, emerges from right from
behind a wall. Sees us approaching stops dead then takes a step back
as we pass. When Linda screamed, I thought I'd hit him at first, but
we hadn't.

If he'd taken one more step, I'd have hit him, no question - I had
*no* time to stop, swerve, anything.

The best approach is to work on getting killfiled by him then he
doesn't read your posts and come out with the normal crap.

I like reading posts by Bear because they're informative which is more
than you can say about a lot of other people. It's important to have
an interest in more than just motorbikes.

 

He kill filed me in my first week here I believe. I cry about it a lot.

I like reading his posts too, but only because he tries so hard to make
himself sound important and clever. Unfortunately his posts always make him
sound like a bad advert for a cheap old radio sketch show.
