    Also, but not exclusively a cause of what you describe, the Vagus nerve
    is associated with the stomach and heart. Excessive stomach content
    and/or gas can cause stomach distention and feelings of arrythmia which
    may be resolved by belching or pressure on the lower oseophagus.
