When I had my "turn" I went straight to hospital for tests. Had a full on
stroke in the hospital. It was waiting to happen.

I am only still alive because I went to hospital. The "after-shocks" would
almost certainly have killed me without treatment.

If you have anyone that cares about you, you might think about getting
yourself checked out. Otherwise there's not much point ie; you won't be
    missed.

    These things are warnings.

Heh. One of the first questions they asked me in hospital was "had I shagged
    any rough birds lately?".

I have now been officially declared clear of syphillis and AIDS.

Happens to me all the time now on these BP lowering drugs. Each time I get

  5. Happy days. I recall when The Mother Of Them All Was declared terminal.
Blood tests with virtually every meal and she died knowing that neither
she nor any of her family suffered from aids. Very comforting it was to
be told this every five minutes.

All of a sudden his heartbeat went a bit funny, his head went really hot & his
vision went very white & zoned out.

Lasted about 20 seconds & then he was ok...

    Then he had a stroke.

If you really want, but symptoms like that are a cause to suspect that
summat serious might be about to happen. Mine was just lack of balance and a
gut feeling that something was very wrong. It was the second hospital and
about the 10th test that showed up a "group of infarctions". A CAT scan
thingy with dye in my blood. But they couldn't let me out because I couldn't
walk properly (listing to the left), so they persisted with test after test.

This stuff is really common, so they'll have a clue.

Really, just go to Emergencies and tell them what happened.

You can contact me via the url below, but I've not really got anything to
    add.
