Umm I'm very sus on those quotes - I can't see any director saying

"We would consider the MV Agusta as the premium Mafioso car to compete
with cars like Maserati,"

Or

"Tengku Mahaleel revealed Proton’s interest in becoming a local
assembler in March when the latest round of question marks over the
future of Mitsubishi Motors Australia first surfaced.

As opposed to something like
"we have a long history with Mitsubishi, Proton started out by using
Mitsubishi technology under licence and blah de blah etc etc
