I think sitting gown, flipping a coin and then loudly announcing "I've
made my decision" might let everyone present know how much of a hurry
    I was in.

  3. Its not uncommon for a juror to take a larger financial hit than the
defendant if he/ she is convicted
no way is that either acceptable or right .

As long as it's Martin Shaw, I would agree.

I've got the Epipen use and overnight stays in hospital down to every
    couple of months now.

Still consume large quantities of antihistamine tablets and have
allergic reactions that have me sitting with my Epipen and mobile phone
with 999 on speed dial at least once a week.

No. I wouldn't want to inflict my health problems on them.

Disgusting at this time on a Sunday evening, you should be ashamed of
yourself. What sort of example are you setting?

Bloody hell, your life must be extremely stressful.

I live with 2 family members who have the same allergic condition, and we
generally only have 1 oh shit moment a year (which is stressful enough).

Are you a member of the Anaphylaxis Campaign?, we found them to be extremely
    helpful in coping with this.

[1] Tell them you want to be Jury Foreman

[2] And then mention parenthetically that you are fully aware of the
principles and application of Jury Nullification.
