Today was the day, my mexican had to appear in court to defend her ticket..
The chief constable and I had a long get together before court.. He and the
prosecutor both agreed that a woman with no prior tickets and a clean
driving record should not be taken to task and penalized so severely .. The
cop was adamant and insisted on prosecuting the ticket..

Probable Cause and Profiling came into play on the matter, considering the
circumstances and events surrounding the incident.. The constable, himself
... sealed it when he finally admitted that when asked why he'd made the
"stop", his response was, "Because I wanted to"..

That judge gaveled the case closed when he heard that.. However.. I do
admit, that the judge, although he'd allowed me a lot of leeway as the only
witness called for defense, gave me a long lecture about practicing law
without a license.. LOL.. The only reason he'd allowed me that leeway was
because I am the registered owner of the vehicle.. Anyway.. case closed and
the tickets were dismissed.. Magdalena has still got a clear driving
    record..

Well, Bill, I have learned two new things about you after, reading this
    report.

First, how well you seemed to have handeled the court hearing, even
though the Judge might near called you a ''shade tree'' lawyer.

The other is I learned your wife's pretty name, Magdalena.

    Good show, ole chap. --bjayKana--

<chuckle> By the time it was finished, that judge called me more than a
"shade tree lawyer".. He was downright gettting "ugly" with me.. The only
thing that kept him from throwing a book at me, or something, was the
certainty that these tickets were headed for appeal, unless they were
    dismissed..
Yep.. she is definitely one of a kind.. Thanks..
'Preciate the kind words, Bjay.. Regards to you and Miz Honey..
