I gotta mention the sad news of Johnnie Carson' death, 1-23-05, at age
79. I know about 75% of ya'll know this. <>I was a Large Fan of the
Tonight Show. In the early days, say about the first 15 years, I stayed
up strictly to watch the show.
<>They say he had around 20,000 guests in the 30 years tenure, of the
Tonight Show. My condolences to His Family.

Thanks for the 1/24 airing reference, I'll be watching also.

Yeah, you're right, Leno & Letterman aren't JC. But, at least with
me, I think it's just another loss that will never be replaced, and
I'm beginning to tire of those losses.
