The OP is talking about a WR250, which is a dirtbike. He will haul it
    to the mountains, he won't
    *ride* it from Ohio...

WTF are you babbling about? I gave the OP *exact* info about what HEX
jet size he needed for the altitude he was going run at what he'd need
    for different temperatures.

The only way to change the main on a Suzuki GS650 is to disconnect the
rack of carbs with the cables, invert the carbs, remove the bowls, home
you do not destroy the gaskets, then hope you can remove the main
    without an impact driver.

I don't think he'd get very far, riding a bright blue motocrosser on
    public roads in Ohio...

    Ian Singer claims:
You're welcome to bring your CB160 to Colorado and ride single
track with us. Maybe prove how tough you are.

If you have an airbox you can remove the side-cover or whatnot to help
    lean the jetting out.
You could also get some fuel bottles and add ethanol when you reach
altitude- that leans things up a bit as well.

And again, if you have CV carbs, they help as well, as long as you're
in the throttle settings where the needle is controlling the mixture.

    Just thinkin' out loud...

You get on to a mix of the pilot and main pretty quick, at quite low
    speeds and small throttle settings.
The main (in combo with the needle) is in the mix at far below full
    throttle.

It's true that the main jet and needle jet are in series, but, if the
first quarter of the jet needle is *straight*, you're not going to get
much fuel through the variable orifice formed by the JN and the NJ.

Hey, I am so tough they call me "Krusty"...

I tried to ride a CB160 from Boise to Los Angeles in frozen January.

I was wearing every piece of clothing I could get on, and I stopped at
roadside rest stops to soak my frozen hands in hot water.

People stared at the crazy guy in Army surplus gear who was hanging
around the electric hand dryers, getting warm.

I thought I would be OK if I could get to Baker, OR and it would be
warmer as I got nearer the coast.

I got as far as Stinking Creek Summit and the generator crapped out.

I figured I would freeze to death up there so I turned around and
rolled down the hill into Bully Creek where I rented a motel cabin.

The manager said, "You can roll your chopper (!) into the room if you
    want.

I told him, "No thanks, I don't sleep with Hondas." Then I went and
stood under a hot shower for half an hour to thaw out.

I bought a Greyhound bus ticket the next morning...

Extra points if you can do it without causing an air leak when the
    rubber manifold(s) don't seat properly :-(
