Jerry's alive!

He just called from home. He drove all night and slept in parks off &
on etc etc etc.

I'm going to slap the fire out of him when I get home from work!

 

Well hell.. I knew he still had it in him.. That was one helluva ride..

<grumble.. grumble> Now.. Now.. Wait'll you get the first trip on that
new ride he brought home.. See you guys real soon, Cookie..

can spend a buncha' bucks and buy a marvel of technology, but these
old clunkers that we put together, just keep going and going and going..

Don't be too hard on ol'Jerry.. he was just in a big hurry to get back home
to you.. <chuckle> Happens to the best of us and goes with the territory..

If he had to buy a trike for almost falling over, what's not calling

Hey Cookie! I'm glad to hear that husband of yours turned up. He tried
to avoid picking up the phone while we had him laid up here at Twin
Peaks.....I mean....uh....nevermind!

When he gets unfolded off that thing and stops the after-buzzing from
that ride, have him put some soap and water on it and shoot some
pics....

Oh, don't kick his ass too much, ain't much left after that
ride!!!

Sure enough.. It took some balls to fly out to California, which is
halfway across the U.S., buy a vehicle which hadn't been seen, mount
that sucker, to make a difficult return ride home.. Jerry crossed some
of the most hostile environments (California and Arizona deserts) during
the hottest time of year.. on a vehicle that he was totally unfamiliar
with..

Gotta say.. "my hats off to Jerry"..

His wife had good reasons to be concerned when she didn't hear from
him as she expected.. However, I'd suspect that Jerry decided to level
the playing field to escape the blistering heat.. Riding at night and holing
up during the heat of the day ..

Glad Jerry made it home safe and sound. We will all have to meet up
somewhere real soon so we can put a eye on this trike.

Let him catch up on his rest before you beat him up.

I can hardly wait till Jerry submits a ''Hard days night Ride
report''. I hope he reports the milage,hours ridden and average speed,
from his GPS thang. That'll be interesting. 'BTW', BillW, I like when
you said your hats off to him, I had said earlier my Hellmet was off
to the old rider. I believe he'll be the top Dog of respect around
here.......Aint no Reeky that could do that......(chuckling)
