And no charges have been filed. Hmmm...history of speeding, runs a stop
sign, kills a biker and NO CHARGES ARE FILED??

How well do you think you'd fare under these circumstances and
conditions? Of course, the guy wasn't wearing a helmet, so it's all his
    fault. Where's the justice?

  2. No helmet... no personal concern for safety... granted justice is
indiscriminately due to all... but justice is also truth in a persons
bad choices... you may have the spirit of justice in your heart but only
    the wise are just...

Well, things are looking up. Today's CNN article states that the
Congersman was going 70 in a 55 zone, AND ran a stopsign!

" The report increases the possibility of criminal charges against the
congressman and former four-term governor, who has exerted enormous
political power over South Dakota politics for nearly 30 years. "

If only he'd been clutching a crack-pipe, his ass would be a slam dunk
for the calaboose! Sounds like he doesn't need any chemical assistance
to be a really crappy driver, though.

It was also a pretty big story on tonights national ABC news show at 6.
I think they did a damn good job of pointing out the fears of the family
members. They also mentioned he had TWELVE speeding tickets in 4 years in
the early 90s. The worrisome part was the passenger in his car has been
no where to be found for comment, at least to the press.

I hope the AMA is busting ass on this one.
