    Aerosol and cigarette lighter.
Not many people have a flamethrower in the kitchen.

Maybe it's one of your offspring.

You mean that an aerosol of WD40 is better than an aerosol?

Light it and it'll go "woof!".

    Tech. Tips:
Make sure you soak the mouse before lighting the jet.
Have appropriate Jerry Lee Lewis music on in background.

  8. The little buggers love chocolate. Dairy Milk works, but anything with
caramel is easiest to get on the the pin on the trap securely.

We had them inside the floor void beteween our bedroom and lounge. When
the first trap went off it sounded like we'd caught a bear in it. Got
about 5 mice in the end.

  9. Quite bleedin' right too. The wooden mousetraps are cheap, reliable and
effective. Modern traps are very good, but several times the price and
it becomes a cost issue if you're laying a dozen or more. I've trapped a
score of the furry buggers in the past couple of years, usually at the
start of winter when they find their way in via pipe ducts, etc.
I use chocolate or dog chewy things as bait, very attractive to them.

  10. We just use poison. The little bastards started chewing through the
    wiring in the kitchen.

  11. I've always worried about a recently deceased mouse decomposing in the
house, after one the cat dragged in expired next to a radiator. It honked.

  13. I'm quite sure I'd need more than greasy milk to squeeze anything thicker
than a finger into a milk bottle ;-)

  14. I'm sorry but I don't have any offspring. Why the **** would I want to do
    that to myself?
