I think I've lost the plot and gone all Continental.

It appears to have started when I bought the K100, it got worse when I
decided I needed a motard and I lost it a bit more by fitting a chair
to the K100. I thought I'd reached the bottom of the pit when I traded
the KTM in for a Tenere but yesterday I probably went too far...

I now own a Furygan leather jacket and all that's left is to start
    smoking Gauloise cigarettes.

Should I seek help before I start reading Tin Tin books?

You're beyond help I'm afraid[1], suicide is the only answer. Leave the
10R keys with Adie & I'll collect it at the weekend.

[1] For reasons too numerous to mention.

You've never owned a litre class sports bike have you? You'd probably
be better off starting off with something like a gixxer then go for a
    10R.
You're probably right on that one.

Gauloises are jolly decent cigarettes. I smoked them from the time they stopped making Sullivans
until I had to give up due to heart trouble. Perhaps there's a connection; I never thought about it
    before....
If you want to be really French you need to try Gitanes.

If you stick to Joe Bar Team books it should be ok.
When you start on Tin Tin you'll be smoking a pipe.

You had your chance when I was toying with the idea of selling mine
but you weren't ready for one.

I'll torment you by letting you take it for a blast when you come down
    to collect your leathers.

I don't think it's anything to worry about unless you start craving waffles
covered in chocolate or insist that chips are served with half a litre of
    mayonnaise.

No but you need to get the 10R restricted for the true french
    experience!

Will you lot please pack it in - this stream of coincidences is
starting to freak me out. Gyp was talking earlier about the bikes he's
recently sold, what he's got now, & what he's thinking of getting,
which made me think about what I've owned, own, & should own at some
point. A modern litre sportsbike struck me as the obvious one to tick
off the list, although I think list-ticking is the only reason I'd want
    one, iyswim.
Good plan, thanks for thinking of my welfare.

I wouldn't dream of boning a grieving widow in the first week[1]. You
can get the train down once you've finished with all the sobbing,
    wailing shit.

[1] No-one can accuse me of not being a caring, thoughtful chap.

I though mayo on chips was a cloggie/belge thing? For the record, I
always put mayo on chips if it's available,
