Scameras are busiest in S&M[0] Wales. 121,353 tickets in 2004.

My council tax[1] has been subsidised to the tune of £7million. Well done,
    keep it up.

Paraphrasing the plod asked by BBCWales to justify their position in the
league table, "we cover an area with a 2 million population and have a
disproportionate traffic flow caused by holding major events such as the
NetworkQ Rally & those at the Millenium Stadium."

    Croeso i Gymru, kerching.

Thing is, the Network Q tends to avoid most of Wales nowadays because of
    self same cameras.
    Indeed.

We have covered the overtime bill for policing major events in S.Wales by
introducing innovative revenue streams such as a 50mph speed limit on the
approach to the M4 toll booths. We thank the English entering Wales for
their unselfish contribution to the local economy. A similar intiative on
the A40 north of Monmouth is also showing promising signs as a nice little
    earner.

I wouldn't be surprised. It would be a logical deduction as a large
proportion of the traffic will be cheapskate English commuters, travelling
from their homes in Cwmbran and other lovely places, to their jobs in
Bristol call centres or Hereford supermarkets [1]

Are you being deductive or do you have a secondary data source?
Have you run out of happy pills? Or is she making you visit Newport again?

And, up until last September, one particularly deluded individual
    commuting from Bristol to Cwmbran.

And it's not just South Wales police that take advantage of bridges
over the M4 to raise reven^W^Wcatch speeders - Avon and Somerplod have
had vans over both the M4 and M48.
