That's no reason not to pretend it is.

The slow cooker's got a bastard great stew bubbling away in it, I've
started on the beer and the sun's shining. Anyone with any sense would
be out riding their motorbike but that's not me so I'll watch the
cricket for another hour then wander down the road to watch the rugby.

    Have a nice day everyone.

So those people at Blisworth are sensible? They didn't look it last time
    I went to watch.
    You too.

It would have helped if you'd known which **** it was, but the useless
spunk dustbin[1] didn't put his name at the end of the "this is my new
fucking smug-cunts plaything i-phone number" text.

[1] Guess who got the "Pets with Tourettes" book for xmas.

Bedford won even after the cheating fucking referee allowed 11 minutes
of extra time in the first half before awarding a penalty try. Welsh
    ****.

  8. Speaking of which, what are the must-have apps for the young,
    thrusting man-about-town these days?

    <fx: waits, poised over itunes>

Is there an app that makes it look and work like a Nokia or Sony
Ericcson? If there is I might consider buying one.

  10. I'm not an App whore, but I use these quite often:

Whatsapp - an iPhone version of Blackberry messenger. Next version is
supposed to be cross browser functional - ie, iPhone users to
    Blackberry users.

Shazam - if you hear music and think "I want to know what that is".

AppboxPro - lots of handy gadgets in a single app.

    NYTimes - well, duh.

UrbanSpoon - Restaurant finder that's quite handy in the US.

PSMobile - well, it's photoshop on you iPhone.

Zenbound - if you want a little zen like perfectionist relaxation.

Real Racing - if you like car racing and want to see how good the
iPhone graphics are. There's a freebie version called RR Gti.

AwesomeNote - a pretty good note system.

Remote - turns your iPhone into and Apple remote.

Facebook - does what it says on the tin.

Kayak - iPhone version of Kayak.com

Skype - Handy for skyping over Wifi connection.

  12. Don't think I'd use it - I never used BB messenger.
Might try that. It's one of the apps that always stuck in my head.
Looking at it, it's a definite.
Bah - I've got the beeb.
Perfect. I'm going to be travelling the US a lot on the next 12
    months.
    Can't imagine I'd use it.
I don't really know what zen is.
not much of a gamer, but i might give it a whirl.
    Would never use it.
Am trying to wean off fb.
    v. useful.
was the first thing i put on it!

    cheers

It was more a case of hitting the send button rather than the backspace
button when I fucked up the text. I'll have to investigate whether
there is a slimmer finger app.

  20. Just the same as changing any mobile phone keyboards, you'll get used
    to it soon enough.
