    of feeling yer age when...

    You are listening to Radio 2 travelling to work
    You like the music (Terry Wogan notwithstanding)
    You watch bikes go past on the approach to Blackwall Tunnel in a queue and
    mutter "feckin bikers"
    You ache first thing in the morning *before* a days work
    You ache a *lot* more after just sitting in the traffic watching the
    filtering nutters
    and worst of all
    You get home and feel you've lost a day in your life rather than gained a
    days pay...

    Life's an arse sometimes innit!
