It may, or may not

put an end to the argument about insurance.

In this weeks/months/whatever SuperBike rag, there's a letter from someone
who's been asked to ride his pal's bike while said pal is out in war zone
    number 1.

The bike isn't insured by the owner, but the prospective rider has CIHAGM
    cover.

    The reply was pretty straightforward.

So long as the bike has an MOT and it's taxed, it doesn't need to be insured
by the owner and no laws are being broken if the rider is riding on CIHAGM
    cover.

Of course, the lawyer who wrote the reply could be wrong.
