It has got to be the fairing.

  1. 231 miles to reserve has nothing to do with me, so I assume the benefits
    of a fairing are showing.

This last tank of go juice I decided I would have a little explore of
the Economy Envelope on my Bloo GS. Now ukrm will know that this is not
an area of motorcycle performance though which I normally ride but it
has to be done occasionally to prove the point and all that.

So with due diligence I kept the revs at running-in levels i.e. below 7k
more or less some of the time and tried to keep my right wrist a little
    less digital.

I am quite impressed really, it is a long time since I have ridden a
bike with a 200+ mile tank capacity. I suppose that I am more impressed
because I know I could have ridden even more miserly if I had desired.

Hey ho back to normal now and the sun is out.
