It appears I have been slacking

Just took the RT for its MOT and it appears that I've only done 19500
miles on it last year. Must try harder - this means I've barely broken
    the 20k this year...

At least the BMW passed first time round and there aren't any advisories
either. Not that I expected any...

  2. Nice, took the K100 in for its MOT yesterday, it flew through without a
hitch, not bad for a 1989 bike.

It could have taken 5mins if it wasn't for the old boy insisting on showing
me his entire collection of vintage cars and bikes in various sheds,

  3. Taxed the Tenere and collected it adorned with nice new stainless
    downpipes and new front tyre.

Dealer said he'd had a lot of people crawling over it and asking it is
    was for sale.

He asked one bod: "It's not for sale, but if it was, would you give
    £1500 for it?"

    "Yeah, I think I wouyld..."

"Bloke who owns it paid £660 for it on Ebay."

    "£&@*!?!?!"

It's a lovely bike to ride. Just fun, fun, fun.

That's odd. My '89 Beemer flies through every year with a hitch. Seems
like the hitch doesn't come into it :)

  8. I knew your powers were strong but I didn't think that even you can
break a standard measure of distance.

Not without a considerable amount of work anyway.
