Somebody crossposted it!? The headers indicate that it was the sheriff
itself. Who else would have clicked on 'send' ?

Due to the periodic "Live to Flame and Flame to Live" contingent from
rec.motorcycles, who seem to enjoy cross posting flame wars into other
newsgroups.. there has been some rather interesting developments.. I
subscribed to rec.motorcycles newsgroup, politely introduced myself, then
proceeded to self appoint Bill Walker as High Sheriff of the reeky group..

Since that historic self appointment, I furthur promoted the myself to
"Illustrious High Sheriff", with full authority to deputize marshalls, as
required to perform my duties.. Ultimately .. I have discovered that is not
necessary ..Although I am most humble in my achievements in this area, it
would appear that those "Flame to Live and Live to Flame" proponents have
been sadly lacking in living up to their own slogans and mottos..

LOL.. wasn't me .. sport... I've never developed that cross posting art.. I
only post on groups that I subscribe to.. If it was crossposted, the
"Sheriff" just responded to it.. Thanks for thinking of me, though..

Looks like you have developed the art of crossposting. You just did it
again. Your failure to remove the unwanted groups from the list is how you
are accomplishing the incredibly complicated task of crossposting.

How could you say it wasn't me, as you clearly are still crossposting your
    responses?

    how ya doing? Say,
    I still don't understand ''crossPosting''
Tom0 says above, that you are doing it, because of not having ''removed

what list??? is it on your ''addy''?
Whats the reason for cross-posting? I guess, it is to ''kill two dawgs

I have this visual image of Bill the Talker Walker running down the
street like a girl, trying to get his gun out of the holster with one
hand, and struggling to get his single bullet out of his shirt pocket
with the other (ala Barney Fife) running in circles, trying to
surround all of the citizens who don't like him or what he stands for,
never realizing the reason he can't do it is because the group he is
trying to surround keeps growing in numbers.

LOL, oh that is priceless! What I want to know is how ONE
stumble bum like him can surround a couple of thousand
people? All by his lonesome...he sure ain't no Ranger. They
have higher standards than he can meet.

good one moderating an unmoderated group. best laugh i've had all day.
the most recent, equally humorous post was him coming to rec.moto and
proclaiming he was some kind of sheriff. runner up to these two is
proclaiming he, as an individual surrounded everyone else. the whole,
'i'm okay and everyone else is ill' stance drips in irony.

hehehe... Wasn't so "dripping in irony" when you were exposed for attempting
to impersonate a Mason, huh Markie ? LMAO..

I'm thinking, that you were amongst the first of the "imposters" that Bill
Walker exposed on usenet, right ?

ROTFL... In reviewing my previous post, I fail to find mention of any "we",
mush less a "royal" one.. Isn't that interesting ? My real name and
location have always been a remarkable plus + when I engage any anonymoust
poster who has no convictions and poses behind an alias..

BTW, Canuck Don....still saying Leonel Williams has never posted
    anonymously?

Or were you hoping being gone a day everyone would forget about that little
    tantrum you threw here?

I don't suppose you were planning on giving an apology, were you?

Once again Brian you seem to be confused. I said there were no posts
to either motorcycle group by Sunny under the name you claimed
"texasheat" which was correct. When I looked at her posts under the
name "texas heat" she was very clear in her signature it was Sunny and
    she included her real name.

Hardly trying to hide something or attempting to be anonymous.

So in summary, you were wrong about texasheat and wrong about her
    posting anonymously.

Brian you just keep getting beat up on this stuff, why do you keep
    trying?

Nope, not at all. She posted under that alias and only AFTER she was found
to be using it, she began signing the name at the bottom.

    So, you're still wrong.

She never posted under the name you claimed "texasheat"

    Webster's definition of "wrong"
the state, position, or fact of being or doing wrong: as a : the
state of being mistaken or incorrect

Too bad this isn't a binaries group cuz when I looked it up there was
a picture of Brian beside it. LOL

Just thought I would double check and guess what, she added her
nickname "Sunny" the second time on the second day she used the
moniker Texas Heat. The next day she added "Sunny & Joe" and listed
their bikes. Hardly like someone wanting to be anonymous.

Brian you just keep stepping in the shit. It's almost like you can't
stop yourself. If it wasn't so comical it would be embarrassing. I
gotta figure even your friends are laughing at you now.

Maybe you need to look again, sport.. First you claim she has never posted
under an alias.. Now you claim, she did but ?????.. Brian and Leonel
Williams were friends at one time.. As was I friends with her.. We've ridden
with her and her husband as well as some of her friends.. Brian and I both
know her personally.. Have you ever met the woman other than on usenet ?
Over the years she has used Sunny as an alias.. Texas Heat and other
aliases.. Usually as a means to anonymously join in a flame war on someone
she dislikes.. Usually she prefers to initiate and organize those little
flame wars without being actually involved..

Bill you need to have someone read to you what I said. Your son
claimed she posted under the name "texasheat". I checked and found
she didn't. Michael searched and found she had posted under the name
"texas heat". Now expressed verbally there is no difference between
the two but in the cyber world the two are totally different. More to
the point he claimed she used the name as an alias to disguise who she
really was, but nothing is further from the truth. She included her
real name almost every time she used texas heat. Only an idiot could
have thought it was someone else. Oops that explains it.
I know Sunny quite well. Although we have never met in person we talk
often on the phone and quite frankly Bill if I am going to choose who
is more credible between Sunny and either Walker it is no contest.
You and your son have displayed a total disregard for almost every
convention normal people live by. While bellowing you hate liars,
your nose continues to grow every time you sit down at that keyboard.
Worst of all is the example you set for your son. Look at what he has
    become trying to emulate Dad.

You ought to stick to riding tips Bill. At least then you can claim
you were just making a joke and it might be plausible, because they
    sure are funny.
