    The used to be a regular at [insert name of carpark/tea-hut near Epping
    Forest, that I can never remember] that used to ride an MZ with a shallow
    box on the tank, in which sat a large dog.

    He'd been stopped a few times but "they" could never find a law he was
    breaking.
